Zotter Chocolate Honey Date Nut Cake

This small, moist cake is stuffed with pieces of walnuts and chewy soft dates. To add a bit of juicy and tart flavor, the cake is sweetened with honey and orange juice. Eggs, butter, Zentrofan whole meal flour and a drop of yogurt make up the basis for this cake. Finally cinnamon, cardamom and coriander add the extra touch.
