Zotter Chocolate Labooko Blueberry

A blueberry wonder with fantastic colour and a fabulously authentic fruity flavour. There are a lot of blueberries in this high-fruit bar. The idea is as revolutionary as the flavour. We take white chocolate, which is normally made from cocoa butter, sugar and milk, and replace the majority of the milk with fruit. So you end up with a fruit bar with an extremely large amount of berries. The bar is alive with purple colour and overflowing with natural blueberry flavour. It is subtly sweet so that the fruit flavour isn’t overpowered by sugar and there’s a fresh zest of lemon. Through a special process, the texture of the chocolate is greatly refined and brought to the perfect melting point.
