"Mousse au Chocolat" Piura "82%" is a dark chocolate from Peruvian piura-cocoa, with a high Criollo content. This cocoa is among the best in the world and is famous for its complex flavours. Butter was stirred into this top cocoa until it got slightly frothy and it was then covered with a dark Piura chocolate.
