Zotter Chocolate Organic Firewood Brandy

No effort is spared in making this extraordinary chocolate creation. Locally sourced wood (larch, spruce and pine) is toasted and soaked in sugar cane brandy. This fine liquid is then mixed with caramel couverture and milk chocolate and coated with dark chocolate, resulting in a finely aromatic barrique-style bar of chocolate.
