Shaken
The quick version for the generation that wants instant gratification! Fill the special Zotter shaker (Caution! A normal shaker will not work!) with 200 ml hot milk, dunk the drinking chocolate bar in it, shake briskly and enjoy!

Stirred
This slower version is perfect for connoisseurs and followers of the slow food movement who like to take their time and appreciate rituals. First, heat 200 to 300 ml milk and froth it if desired. Then let the drinking chocolate bar rest in the hot milk for 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk well and wait for a further minute or two to allow the aromas to fully develop. Whisk again and enjoy!

Mixed
Place a bar of drinking chocolate with 200 to 300 ml hot milk in your blender. Alternatively, take a suitable mixing bowl and whip it with a handheld blender. The extra foamy drinking chocolate is ready!

Instead of using milk, you can prepare this drinking chocolate with your favourite plant-based drink. You can also refrigerate the prepared drinking chocolate cool and serve it with ice cubes.
