Zotter Chocolate Sim Bim Gingerbread Cake

This is a delicious gingerbread cake soaked in ginger milk with fresh ginger. The cake is also made of honey, eggs, butter, Zentrofan full-value flour and chocolate - a sweet caramel chocolate and some dark chocolate with an 80% cocoa content. The cake is fruity and juicy with applesauce, orange jam and homemade mulled wine red.
