Deliciously melty, wonderful vanilla flavor!
- A white chocolate without milk but organic soy. The 30% of cocoa butter content makes this white couverture melt wonderfully and it is accompanied by the natural sweetness of unrefined natural sugar and a pinch of genuine bourbon vanilla.

I am not a vegan but I do love this soy chocolate. It is perfectly rich, balanced and creamy in flavor and is light and slightly cinnamony. It's my favorite Zotter Couverture :)
