- The perfect replacement for classic milk chocolate for anyone wanting to create vegan and lactose-free biscuits, cakes and desserts. Instead of milk, this couverture is made with organic soya for which no rainforests were destroyed. A first-rate cacao with 40% cacao mixed with unrefined cane sugar and whole cane sugar, pure cacao butter and real vanilla. The soya gives this couverture a truly refined flavour.
