Perfect for partying pirates, this extraordinary chocolate is made of coconut milk, pineapple pieces, coconut flakes and a small splash of lemon. Here comes true Caribbean flavour! The rum ganache was mixed with milk and dark chocolate and flavoured with real vanilla. The bar is covered with fine milk chocolate and white coconut couverture.
