Arche Naturküche Organic Dulse, 40 g

The purple seaweed dulse (Palmaria palmata) is a popular snack food. They have a flavourful aroma that adds a very special touch to vegetarian or vegan dishes.

The pretty seaweed is a fantastic topping on soups, salads, bowls and dishes with vegetables, cereals or fish, especially when fried or fried and deglazed with soy sauce.

Good to know: All seawood used at Arche, both from conventional and ecological collection, are regularly and carefully checked for heavy metal residues and iodine content. Arche Organic Dulse is obtained from ecological collection in the north-east Atlantic and is slowly dried at temperatures below 42 °C.

Preparation: Before use, soak the dulse in cold water for 10 minutes. Drain and discard the soaking water. Fry until crispy and deglaze if desired with shoyu or tamari to taste. Process according to the recipe or sprinkle over your dishes as a topping.
