Preparation:
- Boil the noodles for approx. 5 minutes. Drain and add the noodles to your soup.
- Alternatively, You can soak the noodles in a hot water bath (70-80 °C) for around 10 minutes. Rinse briefly with cold water, drain and stir-fry.
