Description

Traditionally cooked Easter ham is a must on the table at Easter. This Carinthian speciality by family-owned business Frierss is made with lean pork shoulder seasoned as per traditional recipes and carefully smoked the meat over beechwood smoke. The smoked meat is then cooked to perfection, packed and ready to be served. The delicately spicy, pleasant note of juniper berries refines the ham and it can be enjoyed both warm and cold.

Note: Free from lactose and gluten. Contains no artificial colours. The designation "1/2" does not refer to the weight of the product, but to the dividing method: it is half of a whole piece of pork shoulder. Pieces smaller than a half shoulder are called "Teilsames" in Austria.
