Frunix Corn Sugar, 500 g

Tips for success:

• Due to the particularly fine grind size, it should be incorporated carefully especially when mixing batter with a machine. It is best to add a spoonful at a time and switch off the device while adding!
• The recommended baking temperature for cakes and biscuits with FRUNIX® corn sugar is max. 160°C. Extend the baking time if necessary. Cakes, biscuits and the like then don't get too dark and stay particularly moist.
• Glazed baked goods should NOT be placed in the refrigerator - the humidity there makes the icing sticky! Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
