This finely ground flour made from an ancient variety of organic wheat contains valuable fibre and many nutrients and is particularly aromatic! It is perfect for pasta dough and as an ingredient in baking cakes and desserts. It is also suitable for bread and pizza dough when mixed with Type 2 flour.
