Maiorca is an old variety of Sicilian soft wheat that thrives on stony soils. The grain is gently stoneground at low temperatures into whole grain semolina in Modica, Sicily. The valuable nutrients and fine aromas of the grain are retained in the flour in this method. Type 2 flour is suitable for preparing sweet and savoury baked goods - perfect for those who enjoy homemade bread, cakes and more!
