For this product, the tempeh was marinated with Mediterranean herbs such as basil, oregano, rosemary and chilli! Tempeh is great for grilling and makes a lovely alternative to meat.
Preparation:
- To prepare the tempeh, cut it into strips or cubes and fry it in a little oil over medium heat. Fry on all sides until crispy.
