Zotter Chocolate PREDA - Mango

Preda has been working for the Philippines on children's rights for 40 years. In this chocolate, Preda mangos are processed to a fruity-sour filling of mango, mango and cashew rouge. A splash of lemon and a little chili give the filling that certain something and round off this chocolate treat perfectly. The shell is made of light mountain milk chocolate with a cocoa content of 40 percent.
