Description
This bar offers a special experience for anyone who loves unique flavours! The algae caramel bar consists of a caramel couverture, almond nougat, white chocolate and Dulse algae from Northern Ireland. This layer mingles with a fruity pineapple chocolate ganache that's been dosed with a wee bit of lemon juice. The whole bar is wrapped up in dark chocolate with a 70% cocoa content. YUM!
